From the Mail Bag: Eskaton Village Carmichael

The mailbag was full of great letters this week at Eskaton Village Carmichael. Here’s a letter Ralph received in maintenance praising their new maintenance request system:

Ralph,

I’m happy to report that the new Maintenance phone and email access system is working beautifully. I cannot thank you enough for your lightening fast response in replacing our air conditioning unit. Maintenance installed a portable air conditioner mid-afternoon, which helped immensely All of this happened on Friday, 9/11. First thing Monday morning, 9/14, the air conditioner company arrived with shiny new indoor and outdoor units, which took many hours and effort to install. We had visitors during this entire time and needless to say, they were very impressed. Throughout the process, the house was comfortable. Might add during this time the temperature was in triple digits.
