Healthy Homemade Latte Recipe

If you’re feeling adventurous, try out this recipe for a dose of healthy fats in the morning.

Add the following to a blender:

  • 1 cup fresh brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon grass-fed butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend well and enjoy the frothy and creamy result!!
