Super Smoothie Using 5 Greens

Five Greens Super Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 cups water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 4-5 lacinato kale leaves, stems removed
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 10 or so pecan halves
  • handful of ice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 t vanilla extract

 

 

Instructions: Blend 1-2 minutes until creamy, add more water if needed & enjoy!
