"I am writing this letter in commendation of Auston Chapman. We celebrated my husband’s 90th birthday with family in the Fireside Room. At our request, he arranged seating for 42 family members for a sit-down luncheon. We were served salad, potato, filet mignon (perfectly prepared), rolls and butter, of course, a birthday cake with ice cream. Auston set up a wine bar for us, and later, served champagne to toast our “Birthday Boy.” Although the room might have felt quite crowded, Auston made efficient use of the well-trained staff and everything seemed effortless. Auston lets those working with him know what is expected of them, and everything seems to flow effortlessly from there. They all seemed happy, smiling and willing to please."
