It’s time to share a couple of nice notes we received from our valued residents this week. This first one is from a resident who is appreciative of the weekly church services at Eskaton Village Carmichael (EVC).

Brad St. Clair received this note of praise regarding services provided by maintenance technician Daryl Stoddard.

Last Saturday, we had a plugged drain in our kitchen. We called the front desk to get help. Daryl came quickly and assessed our problem. He went to get a drain snake and returned. He found a blockage a couple of feet beyond our sink trap and cleared it. He was efficient, courteous and professional.

I'm glad we have him on our maintenance staff.
