Yes, seniors with disabilities can do Zumba! Larry has been coming to Eskaton Adult Day Health Center Carmichael for 17 years. He is one of several “resident artists” and enjoys doing chair Zumba.
Through its unique scholarship program, #EskatonFoundation helps seniors who cannot afford but need additional days of care. On #GivingTuesday – December 1, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving -- join us in giving 80 days of care to vulnerable seniors.
