My mother has been at the Parkview for four months now and I must write to express my gratitude to your staff for the outstanding care she is receiving.

When she arrived she had been living alone and was in rather poor health and had been losing weight. But now she is clearly thriving and has gained weight.

Every single interaction I have had with your staff has been polite and professional. Everyone demonstrates competence and caring to an unbelievable extent. Last week was the latest example. My mother needed a procedure performed on her eyes. I had no choice in the appointment time and unfortunately was scheduled to pick her up during her normal lunch time. I called the day before and explained this. I asked if she could be ready to leave around 12:30. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find that special arrangements had been made to feed her lunch early, so that she was not rushed, and was relaxed and ready to go. I was impressed and amazed at how the staff had gone out of their way to make this happen.
