Eskaton Village Carmichael Staff Gets Appreciation

Jeanne Davis, a newer EVC resident, had words of praise for sales counselor Sandy Dahlgren:

“I was most impressed with the quality of service that Mrs. Dahlgren provided. She was knowledgeable and competent in guiding me in my search for a residence. She made the extra effort to be available and was eager to help when I had any questions or needed information.”

Shirley Worthington commended wellness nurse Tammy Alves and campus patrol’s LaTonya Wallace for their assistance during a trying situation:

“Jack and I are so grateful to be here at Eskaton and have wonderful employees like Tammy and LaTonya who took charge in (a) situation. They deserve a raise!”

Doug Johnson applauded the maintenance department’s Ralph Ferguson and Brad St. Clair for their role in helping him with a home improvement project:

“Many thanks for your interest and action on the entry problem. I appreciate your efforts. EVC’s Ralph Ferguson got on the request in a timely fashion and saw it through to its completion.”

Jeanne Davis sent a letter to Glen Blackwell expressing her appreciation for Glen, Anita Singh and the dining services team for the impressive Easter Brunch:

“I want to especially make some comments about the fine service that Anita Singh provided. She paid attention to every detail and handled the huge crowd with great success. Anita is a tireless worker and is most efficient in her job. I think Eskaton is indeed fortunate to have someone of this caliber on staff. I marvel at all that she accomplishes and she does it with great efficiency. I am thankful that Mrs. Singh is here to make the dining area run so smoothly. Thank you, Mr. Blackwell, for being at the helm of such superb dining services.”
