Holocaust Remembrance Day (Yom HaShoah)

This April, we invite you to join the Jewish Community Federation (JCF), The Reutlinger Community and the entire Eskaton family in commemorating and honoring those lost in the Holocaust (Yom HaShoah). Listed below are several events we encourage you to attend to learn more about the Holocaust and the incredible fortitude of the human spirit.

Gathering Meaning & Memory: New Rituals for Remembrance on Yom HaShoah

Join Shalom Hartman Institute and the global community to commemorate Yom HaShoah through memory, music, and poetry with a powerful ritual that honors those who perished while transforming memory into a deeply personal commitment to eliminate all forms of dehumanization. Yom HaShoah: Honoring Jewish Resilience and Storytelling

Remembering Together with Annemarie Yellin

April 7, 6:00 pm PT

The IAC and the Consulate General of Israel to the Pacific Northwest invite you to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust among family and friends. Join us as we listen to a holocaust survivor, Annemarie Yellin, sharing her life story. Through Annemarie’s story, we will also pay tribute to the six million victims of the Holocaust and honor those survivors who are still with us. This event will be held in English.
