Beginning in January 2019, Eskaton’s non-medical (private duty) home care agency, Live Well at Home, partnered with the Honor Care Network (Honor) to continue to provide excellent home care services to older adults and families. Honor recruits, trains and manages all caregivers, called Care Pros, and provides back-office operations support. Live Well at Home focuses 100% of their time and efforts developing and overseeing the home care client and family relationship and continued high-quality of care provided by Care Pros.
