Ingredients:
- 2-4 cups water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 handful parsley
- 4-5 lacinato kale leaves, stems removed
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 10 or so pecan halves
- handful of ice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions: Blend 1-2 minutes until creamy, add more water if needed & enjoy!
